All sites in Saskatchewan who store plasma and transfuse less than 20 units annually are required to complete the following retrospective data survey. The date range of the survey is from January 2014 to December 2018 (5 years). Each plasma transfusion order is documented separately. Please have your information entered by September 13, 2019. This will allow time to review and summarize the data for the 2019 fall Transfusion Medicine Working Group meeting.
